Little manga news heads-up today for some coming-soonish titles. You can tell I’ve been shopping when these posts pop up!
The omnibus edition of Aoi House, an OEL manga about two college boys who accidently find themselves residents of a yaoi fanclub dorm house, comes out in a few weeks (April 15). It’s a great value for a series that’s really cute, entertaining and sporting some terrific artwork!
Also over on Amazon.ca, you can take a peek at the coloured cover for the upcoming Yaoi Hentai replacement, Happy Yaoi Yum Yum, published by Yaoi Press. The name has yet to grow on me but two thumbs up from me for the cute logo work.

And on the non-yaoi front, Chapters has up a listing for the December 2008 release of the Clover Omnibus, volume one. Clover is a short manga series by CLAMP and is currently out of print by Tokyopop. Though labelled as volume one, with a page count of 512, this is most likely the entire four-volume series (though being such a short series, 512 seems a bit high. Misprint?). A beautiful series that I recommend, especially for CLAMP fans. I love the cover slips of Tokyopop’s earlier releases of this series, so I hope the omnibus is treated with the same quality.

It does seem like a short series, but at 128pp a pop x 4 volumes, you get 512 pages exactly. Yeeep, certainly a full series omnibus…
Very true, Chloe ^^ Looks like I need to dust off my old Clover volumes! Seems safe to say it's going to be a one book omnibus for sure though, not a multi-volume release like they suggested.
